Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
- 2/3 cup hot brewed coffee (decaf can be used)
- 2 tablespoons Irish whiskey (or Irish cream Liqueur)
- whipped cream
Preparation:
Combine first 3 ingredients; top with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired. Makes 1 serving.
